Our Values

Adaptability
We embrace flexibility, and we challenge “business as usual” by bringing together different professional, cultural, and contextual expertise.

Respect and kindness
We consider it a privilege to work with people and organizations that bring different perspectives to our collaborations. We deepen our understanding when we engage with kindness and an open mind.

Human-centred approach
We believe projects should be selected, vetted, developed and implemented with the communities they aim to benefit.

Equality and non-discimination
We strive towards  equality and non-discrimination in our daily lives and in our work. This approach is evident both in the way we work within our teams and with our clients and partners.

Cooperation
We creatively facilitate collaboration between diverse actors and affected populations to find the best solutions for each situation or community.
